1. Services Provided

Fluent English Asia offers personalized online English tutoring, including but not limited to TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL, Business English, and conversational coaching. All lessons are provided via approved video conferencing platforms.

2. Trial Lessons & Bookings

  • Trial lessons are available once per student and may not be transferred or repeated.
  • Lesson bookings must be confirmed through our scheduling platform or LINE contact.
  • Minimum 12-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Payments and Packages

  • Payments are made in advance through approved methods (e.g., Stripe, LINE Pay, Wise, PromptPay).
  • All package purchases are non-transferable and valid for up to 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • No refunds are issued for missed or unused sessions unless due to a verified system or scheduling error.

4. Student Conduct & Respect Policy

We maintain a safe, respectful learning environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or discriminatory remarks, may result in immediate suspension of services without refund.

5. Technical Requirements

Students must ensure they have stable internet access, video/audio capability, and access to platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or ClassIn. Missed sessions due to technical issues on the student’s end will not be refunded or rescheduled without prior communication.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, videos, and branded content are the property of Fluent English Asia and may not be redistributed, sold, or modified for commercial use.
